The Eagle is a casual, laid-back spot for fried chicken, Southern comfort food and cocktails with a modern twist, established in Cincinnati, OH in 2014. With locations of The Eagle in six cities, this restaurant concept is planning to expand further as it grows in regional popularity.

Due to COVID, this past year has shown a dramatic growth in takeout revenue, which now takes up more than half of sales. The current takeout packaging, as well as branded materials and brand identity elements are not representative of the quality of the brand, and it lacks solid sustainable aspects to attract a younger, contemporary consumer.

For this theoretical brand identity and print material experimentations, I created completely new brand elements based on thorough market research and consumer feedback. I incorporated these elements to create new branded materials including an emphasis on takeout packaging (as we expand to a wider regional audience with more locations) as well as new menus with more accessible layouts and updated environmental graphics.
