…with a little bit of spice

Rowan Little is a graphic designer, illustrator, poet and cook residing in Louisville, Kentucky. Rowan attends the University of Louisville's Hite Art Institute, pursing a BFA in graphic design with a minor in creative writing.

Rowan describes themself as enthusiastic about illustration, serif fonts, ampersands, bright colors and really nice linen paper. (Like…really enthusiastic.) On an average day you'll find them sending emails with lots of exclamation marks (!!) and talking about their cats too much.

They currently work as full-time as a graphic designer for Flavorman, a beverage development company based in Louisville. Rowan also previously worked as a graphic design/marketing intern for the Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation. They also have experience completing commissioned artworks through a wide range of mediums.

Outside of the design world, Rowan has a long history in the restaurant industry, including several years of management positions, and formerly worked as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant when not designing. A long-term dream goal involves opening their own storefront to batch produce and sell their own culinary creations.

Rowan identifies as nonbinary and uses they/them/theirs pronouns.
